The Civil and Rural Development Wing is focusing on educating rural people about the latest developments in agricultural sectors and also creating a local talent pool and providing employment to youth in the rural areas.Our team of experts at JNNYC work with the eminent scholars in their respective fields about the advances, be it in farming techniques, Meat & poultry, sericulture or soil management & other concerned fields, and go to the farmers by conducting evening seminars in the villages and update their knowledge. They are educated about crop rotation, seed management and plant grafting to help them increase their productivity and similarly in meat & poultry, sericulture, soil management and other concerned.Various schemes of state and central Government like Road Works, construction of CC roads, Buildings, Culverts, Tanks etc., are being implemented with the participation of the local youth. Local participation up to 90 percent is the significant fact of this activity.
